NAAIA is dedicated to empowering African–American
and other minority insurance professionals currently in the industry, as well as increasing their numbers nationwide. We engage in the sharing of information for personal growth and professional development while providing opportunities for networking, continuing education, and building mutually beneficial partnerships.
We are involved on local, regional, and
national levels as we build alliances with
traditional insurance industry trade associations and other organizations representing the interest of minorities in the ever expanding marketplace of the insurance business.
Our continuing mission is to enhance the presence of minorities in the
insurance and related industries and create opportunities that lead to competition on a more level playing field. We extend an invitation to you to join us with resolve for this most worthy endeavor and recognize that working together we can make it happen!
GOAL: To create a viable support system for African-American and other minority Insurance professionals that enhances careers in their related industries.
